ABOUT ABOUT

Another round of Industry Night in Toronto, taking place at the ultra cool sci-fi driven Offworld Bar. This is a special night for actors, models, filmmakers, musicians, writers, and other creatives in Toronto to connect over fun atmosphere and cocktails. Looking to expand your collaborative database or find more clientele? This one's for you!

Connect with special guest Stephanie Bleakley and Emily Klama, talent agents at Amanda Rosenthal Talent Agency Inc.

Stephanie Bleakley:

Growing up in Toronto allowed Stephanie Bleakley to be immersed in the arts from a young age. Stephanie attended Rosedale Heights School of the Arts, where she solidified her passion for performance before pursuing Musical Theatre at St. Clair College. After graduating, Stephanie was drawn to the other side of the table. She got her start in the industry working for Casting Directors John Buchan and Jason Knight. During this time, she gained experience working on Film and TV projects such as Stockholm, The Mist, Imposters, Killjoys, and Anon. This opportunity allowed Stephanie to develop her eye for talent and understanding of the biz. Through casting, she fell in love with the incredible roster at Amanda Rosenthal Talent, and the women driving the agency. With a pension for cheering on performers, Stephanie made the move to ART where she grew into her role as an agent, and is now cultivating her roster.

Emily Klama:

Emily Klama has a BA from the University of Guelph majoring in Theatre Studies and a Certificate in Entertainment Law from York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School. She has an eclectic industry background ranging from stage manager to lighting designer, sound engineer to sets head, rounding out as production coordinator for the prestigious Canadian Film Centre before joining ART in 2014. She runs the Voice and Animation Department alongside the intrepid Alex Best as well as manages her own diverse and selective film and television roster. Out of the office she volunteers with injured and endangered wildlife at the TWC.
